Thank you for shopping at YAF Perfume. This policy explains our returns and refunds in a clear, simple way.
1) Return Window
To request a return or refund review, you must contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
2) Free Returns (No Cost)
eligible returns are free of cost:
- No return shipping/label cost for eligible cases
- No restocking fees
3) What Can Be Returned (Eligible Cases)
We may accept a return if:
- You received the wrong item (wrong fragrance/size/variant)
- The item arrived damaged or leaking (proof required)
- The item is significantly not as described on our website
- The item is unopened and unused and still in original condition (within the return window)
4) What Cannot Be Returned
Because perfumes are personal-use products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or sprayed items (hygiene & authenticity reasons)
- Change of mind after opening/using
5) Return Conditions & Proof
For any eligible return request, we may ask for clear photos/video showing:
- The item and packaging
- The condition of the product
- Visible liquid level (if applicable)
Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in original packaging with all parts/accessories.
6) Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Refunds/replacements are confirmed after review and/or inspection (when required)
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear (bank/card issuer dependent)
7) Shipping Shock (Normal)
Sometimes a fragrance may smell slightly different after shipping. Let it rest at room temperature for 24–72 hours and spray a few times — it usually settles.
