We aim to keep delivery simple, transparent, and predictable. This page covers Domestic (UAE) and International delivery terms.
1) Order Processing / Dispatch Time
before shipment): 0–1 business day.
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters processing (product verification, packaging checks, and secure packing).

Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Dubai time) are processed the same business day when possible.

Dispatch: In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (business days).

Peak periods: Dispatch timing may vary during sales, peak seasons, or public holidays.
2) Shipping time (Delivery Time After Dispatch)
Shipping time starts after your order is dispatched.
A) Domestic Delivery (United Arab Emirates — UAE)

Delivery cost: Free standard delivery within the UAE (as shown at checkout).

Shipping time (after dispatch): 1–2 business days (24–48 hours).

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in the UAE — free (no COD fee).

Address accuracy matters: Please ensure building name, street, area, and phone number are correct.

Remote areas: Some locations may require additional time depending on courier coverage.

International Delivery

Delivery cost: Flat rate AED 75 (as shown at checkout).

Shipping time (after dispatch): 4–6 business days.

Courier: We may use premium express services (route-dependent). (Fedex or SMSA)

Tracking: Available via our Track Order page.

Customs: Some destinations may require additional clearance time. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility (international only).

3) Dubai Express Options (When Available)
In many Dubai areas, we can support same-day express delivery when available (location and timing dependent).

4) Tracking Your Order

Enter your tracking number and select the courier (if required). If anything looks unclear, message us and we’ll guide you.
5) Address Changes
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately — it’s easiest to update before dispatch.
If already dispatched, we can still try to help coordinate with the courier where possible, but changes are not guaranteed.
6) Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Only)
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges (if any) apply only to international orders and are based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are typically the customer’s responsibility. Final customs decisions remain with local authorities.
UAE orders: No customs duties.
7) Delivery Attempts, Delays & Exceptions
While most deliveries are smooth, delays can happen due to weather, peak seasons, customs clearance, or address/phone issues. If a courier cannot reach you, they may reschedule or attempt another delivery.
