Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes COD is available in the UAE only. other countries, payment is online at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Yes we offer free delivery all over the UAE and Saudi.
Which countries do you NOT ship to?
At the moment, we do not ship to Mexico, Turkey, or Brazil.
Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. We only sell authentic products from authentic sources.

What happens after I place an order?
Once payment is confirmed, we verify your items, pack securely, then dispatch.
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (business days).
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and what you want to change.
After dispatch, changes depend on courier ability.
I entered the wrong address what should I do?
WhatsApp us immediately. It’s easiest to update before dispatch.
If already dispatched, we’ll still try to help coordinate with the courier where possible.

UAE delivery time how long does it take?
If in stock, we dispatch within 24 hours (business days).
Delivery in UAE is typically 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Dubai?
In many Dubai areas, yes we can sometimes arrange same-day express or options like Careem Box drop.
Availability depends on time and location. WhatsApp us to confirm.
Saudi delivery time (free delivery)
Saudi delivery is available with free delivery. Typical timeline is usually within the GCC window of 3–5 days
(it can vary slightly by city and courier handling).
International delivery time
International delivery is typically 4–6 days using express services (route-dependent).
Note: we do not ship to Mexico, Turkey, or Brazil.
Customs duties / taxes
Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges (if any) are based on destination regulations and are typically the customer’s responsibility.
If you want documentation or invoice guidance, contact us before dispatch we’ll help where possible.

I don’t like the scent
No scent preference is personal and can vary with skin chemistry, weather, expectations, and batch variations.
This is not considered a defect.
My perfume smells weak at first is it defective?
Not necessarily. Sometimes perfumes experience “shipping shock” after travel.
Let the bottle rest at room temperature for 24–72 hours, and spray a few times to clear the atomizer.
The scent usually settles back to normal.

Yes. We only sell authentic products from authentic sources.
Do you sell testers or “unboxed” items?
Yes, sometimes. “Tester” or “Unboxed” status will be shown on the product page.
Packaging/cap inclusion can vary by item we mention it clearly in the description.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes gift wrapping is available with a small charge.
If you want a message card, send us your note on WhatsApp after placing the order.
Can you recommend a fragrance for me?
