Dolce & Gabbana Velvet Collection introduces Velvet Pure, a new fragrance that draws inspiration from the Reseda flower, whose unique green crystalline floralcy pays tribute to the art of the parfumeur. Three different notes – galbanum, jasmine and citrus labdanum – create the Reseda flower’s unique crisp and green floral fragrance, reintroducing this floral note back into the world of scent. The fig leaf accord recalls the natural, lively scent of Reseda petals, while the absolutes of narcissus and jonquil evoke the sweet, refreshing scent of the flower in full bloom. Geranium and North African neroli emphasise the fragrance’s richly floral character. The full green bloom is extended and enriched by a long-lasting Haitian vetiver and orris butter.
