This fresh, green fragrance echoes the olfactory memory of a gift the perfumer received from his grandparents: an Egyptian papyrus scroll decorated with hieroglyphics. “My interest in this fascinating country stems from that gift wrapped in mystery. Later, I took a trip down the Nile and discovered that the papyrus plant grows in the heart of the lush banks of the river. Accompanied by dry and smoky nuances, this fragrance perfectly contrasts the fresh, green appearance of the plant. This paradox, in my opinion, is what makes papyrus so unique.”
